Mass Event Sending

Purpose

The "Send to Campaigns" function allows:

  • To resend conversions to the pixel (for example, if the pixel was turned off)

  • To send historical data to a new pixel

  • To synchronize data after changing settings

How to Use

Step 1: Opening the Dialog

  1. In the pixel list, open the actions menu (⋮)

  2. Select Campaigns

Step 2: Selecting Campaigns

The dialog displays a list of campaigns that use this pixel (where the pixel is added in sets.settings.pixels).

The campaign table contains:

  • Name — campaign name

  • Active — campaign status (Active/Inactive)

  • Status — moderation status of the campaign

  • Created — creation date

Select one or more campaigns for which you want to send events.

Step 3: Selecting the Period

Specify the date range for selecting conversions:

  • By default: last 14 days

  • Format: DD.MM.YY - DD.MM.YY

Example: 01.12.25 - 15.12.25

All conversions from the selected campaigns created in the specified period will be selected.

Step 4: Sending

  1. Click the "Send to Selected Campaigns" button

  2. The system will start processing:

    • Selects all conversions from the specified campaigns for the specified period

    • For each conversion, checks if there is a corresponding event in the pixel mapping

    • Creates a postback sending task in the queue

  3. After completion, a success message will be displayed

⚠️ IMPORTANT:

  • Events are sent asynchronously via the queue

  • Sending may take time depending on the number of conversions

  • Check the logs to monitor the sending

Conversion Selection Logic

The system selects conversions based on the following criteria:

  1. Campaign — the conversion belongs to one of the selected campaigns

  2. Period — conversion.created falls within the specified date range

  3. Event Type — there is a mapping for the conversion type (conversion.type) in the pixel settings

Example:

  • The pixel is set up for events: Registration → CompleteRegistration, Deposit → Purchase

  • Campaign Campaign A is selected for the period 01.12.25 - 15.12.25

  • There are 100 conversions of type Registration and 50 conversions of type Deposit in the database

  • Result: 150 events will be sent (100 CompleteRegistration + 50 Purchase)
