Tags

What are tags?

Tags are color labels that help you organize and quickly find your campaigns, offers, streams, traffic sources, PWAs, and landing pages. You can create your own tags with understandable names and assign colors for convenience.

Examples of use:

  • Mark campaigns as "High priority" in red

  • Mark offers for a specific country as "USA" in blue

  • Group traffic sources by type: "Facebook", "Google", "TikTok"

  • Indicate status: "Testing", "Active", "Paused"

How to create a new tag

Method 1: When adding a tag to an item

  1. Open any section (Campaigns, Offers, Streams, etc.)

  2. Click on the tags area of the desired item or select "Manage Tags" from the action menu (three dots)

  3. In the opened window, click the button "+ Create Tag"

  4. Enter the tag name (for example, "VIP clients")

  5. Choose a color from the suggested options or specify your own color

  6. Click "Save"

Method 2: Quick creation during filtering

  1. In the tag filter, start typing the name

  2. If the tag is not found, the system will suggest creating a new one

  3. Choose a color and save

Tip: Use understandable names and bright colors for important categories.

How to add tags to items

Adding tags to a single item

Option 1: Click on the "Tags" column

  1. Find the desired item in the list

  2. Click on the "Tags" column (if there are no tags, it will display "Add tags")

  3. In the appeared window, select the desired tags from the list

  4. Click "Save"

Option 2: Through the action menu

  1. Click on the three dots (⋮) to the right of the item

  2. Select "Manage Tags"

  3. Select tags and save

Bulk adding tags

If you need to add the same tags to several items at once:

  1. Check the boxes to the left of the desired items (you can select multiple)

  2. Click the "Edit Tags" button at the top of the page

  3. Select the tags you want to apply to all selected items

  4. Click "Apply Tags"

  5. Confirm the action

Important: When bulk editing, you will only see those tags that are present on all selected items. New tags will be added to all selected items.

How to find items by tags

Using the tag filter

  1. At the top of the page, find the "Tags" filter field

  2. Click on this field

  3. Select one or more tags from the list

  4. The table will automatically display only items with the selected tags

Hint: When selecting multiple tags, items that have at least one of the selected tags will be shown.

Resetting filters

To reset all filters, including tags:

  1. Click the "Reset" button to the right of the filters

  2. All filters will be cleared, and you will see the full list

How to edit tags

Changing the name or color of an existing tag

  1. Open the tag management window (click on the tags of any item)

  2. Find the tag you want to change

  3. Click on the pencil icon (✏️) next to the tag

  4. Change the name and/or color

  5. Click "Save"

Important: Changes will apply to all items where this tag is used.

Removing tags from an item

  1. Open the tag management window for the desired item

  2. Uncheck the tags you want to remove

  3. Click "Save"

Visual hints

Displaying tags in the table

  • Up to 3 tags: Displayed fully with names and colors

  • More than 3 tags: Shows the first 3 tags + the icon "+N" (for example, "+2" means 2 more hidden tags)

  • No tags: Displays the "Add tags" button for quick addition

Color indicators in the filter

In the tag filter, each tag is displayed with a colored circle, which helps quickly visually identify the desired category.

  • 💰 Offers (Offers)

  • 🔄 Flows (Flows)

  • 📡 Traffic Sources (Traffic Sources)

  • 🎨 Landing Pages (Landing Pages)

In all these sections, the tagging functionality works the same way!
