Pricing questions
An event is a click/conversion processed by the tracker. Exceeding the limit doesn't block traffic — it's billed as overage at a transparent fixed rate.
Yes. A plan change applies instantly and switches the limit package to the new one — with no proration. The new plan runs a full billing period (30 days) from the switch. All data and settings are kept.
On “PWA + Tracker” plans, PWA installs are already included in the package and the tracker-event limit is lower. “Tracker only” focuses on inbound tracker event volume. PWAs are available in both stacks — on “Tracker only” plans PWA installs are simply billed separately.
Traffic doesn't stop. Above the package, overage applies at fixed rates: it's charged from your balance every 30 minutes based on actual overuse. Current consumption is always visible in the dashboard.
Yes. Right after sign-up and onboarding you already have everything to test the service: install limits, domains and inbound click limits — you can launch your first funnel with no payment.
