2. Roles: Controller vs Processor

2.1. For account administration data (registration, authentication, support, billing), we generally act as a data controller.
2.2. For data you upload or process in the tracker/CRM/hosting ("Customer Data"), we generally act as a data processor/service provider, and you act as the controller, because you determine the purposes and means of processing.

3. Data we collect

We may collect:

• email address, name (if provided), authentication data, workspace/team settings.

3.2 Billing data (if applicable)

• subscription plan, payment status, transaction identifiers (payment card data is typically handled by a payment provider).

3.3 Technical and log data

• IP address, device/browser info, timestamps, login events, diagnostic logs, security events.

3.4 Customer Data processed in the Service

• tracker data (clicks, conversions, routing parameters, events),
• CRM/team data (contacts/leads, notes, statuses, comments),
• hosted pages/files/scripts you upload.

3.5 Integration Keys

• tokens/API keys/secrets you provide for third-party integrations. Stored encrypted.

4. How we use data

We use data to:

• provide and operate the Service (authentication, core features, support),
• secure the Service (fraud prevention, abuse detection, incident response),
• process billing and accounting (if applicable),
• improve reliability and performance (debugging, aggregated analytics).

Key commitments

• We do not use Customer Data (tracker/CRM/hosted content data) for our own advertising/marketing purposes.
• We do not sell Customer Data.
• We do not share Customer Data with third parties except:
  • to provide the Service (infrastructure, hosting, email delivery, payments),
  • when you enable an integration and instruct the transfer,
