1) Our service and role

adset.pro provides a SaaS platform including tracking, link routing/redirect tools, page hosting (including pre-landers), and CRM/team tools.
We do not pre-moderate customer content and may not know what customers advertise or promote. However, we respond to substantiated notices of illegal content and other lawful requests.

2) Single Point of Contact (DSA Articles 11 & 12)

You can contact us directly and rapidly by electronic means at: [email protected].
This email serves as:

  • Point of contact for Member State authorities, the European Commission and the Board (Article 11), and
  • Point of contact for recipients of the service (users) (Article 12).

3) Notice & Action — Reporting illegal content (DSA)

If you believe content hosted via adset.pro is illegal in the EU or in the relevant Member State (e.g., illegal goods/services, fraud, IP violations, certain unlawful content), please email [email protected] with subject: "DSA Notice: Illegal Content" and include:

  • the exact URL(s) and a clear description of the content,
  • why you believe it is illegal and the jurisdiction (country) you refer to,
  • any evidence or documentation supporting your claim,
  • your contact details (and authority to act, if applicable).

We may request additional information to assess the notice.

4) What happens after a notice

If the notice appears sufficiently precise and substantiated, we may:

  • disable access to the reported content/page, or apply other proportionate measures,
  • request clarification from the reporter or the customer who uploaded/controls the content,
  • preserve information where required for legal compliance.

5) Statement of Reasons (DSA Article 17) and user remedies

5.1. Where we apply measures affecting access to content or an account (removal/disablement/restriction/suspension), we provide the affected user with a statement of reasons to the extent and in the manner required by Article 17 DSA, where applicable. The statement typically includes: the nature and territorial scope of the measure; the facts and circumstances relied upon; the legal or contractual ground (law or the relevant provision of our terms); and information about available redress.
5.2. We may withhold certain details where necessary for security, abuse prevention, or where required by law.
5.3. Users may contact [email protected] to dispute a decision or request review (internal complaint-handling).

6) Transparency reporting (DSA Article 15)

Where applicable, we may publish a transparency report describing high-level information about our content moderation actions (e.g., number of notices received and actions taken), as required for providers of intermediary services.

7) Abuse and safety
