Deletion of personal data
User Data Deletion Instructions
Operator/Controller: ADSET PRO LTD, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under registration number HE494183, registered office: Aigidos 2, Zenia Court, apt 202, 4150 Limassol, Cyprus.
1) How to request deletion of your data in adset.pro
If you want to delete your personal data associated with adset.pro, please do one of the following:
Option A (Email request):
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- your account email (used in adset.pro),
- your user/workspace identifier (if known),
- what you want to delete (account only / all workspace data / specific integrations),
- proof of ownership if needed (we may request verification).
We will confirm receipt and process the request within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal obligations and security verification.
Option B (In-app deletion, if available):
If your account settings include a "Delete account" / "Delete workspace data" function, you can use it to initiate deletion.
2) Facebook / Meta data deletion (if you used Meta authorization or connected Meta services)
If you used Facebook/Meta login or connected Meta services and want to remove adset.pro access:
- Go to your Facebook settings: Settings & privacy → Settings
- Open Apps and Websites
- Find adset.pro (or your related app name) and choose Remove.
Additionally, you can email [email protected] as described above, and we will delete data we store that is associated with your account (as applicable).
3) What data is deleted
Depending on your request and applicable law, we may delete:
- account profile data,
- integration tokens/keys connected to your account,
- workspace data stored in adset.pro (as requested).
Some minimal data may be retained only if required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or security logs, for the legally required/necessary period.
4) Confirmation
Once completed, we will send confirmation to your email (or provide a status update on request).
