Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This AUP defines rules for using adset.pro (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP, the Terms & Conditions, and the Privacy Policy.

Operator: ADSET PRO LTD, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under registration number HE494183, registered office: Aigidos 2, Zenia Court, apt 202, 4150 Limassol, Cyprus.

2. Key principles

2.1. We provide a SaaS platform (tracker, page hosting, CRM, team tools).
2.2. We do not know what our customers advertise/promote and we do not pre-moderate customer content.
2.3. However, we are ready to promptly address violations upon receiving a substantiated notice at [email protected].
2.4. We are not responsible for pages hosted by customers via the Service, and we do not verify destination links/URLs configured by users for redirects/routing.

3. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service for:

3.1 Illegal activity and harmful behavior

  • fraud, deception, phishing, social engineering;
  • malware, exploits, trojans, cryptominers;
  • unauthorized access attempts, hacking, scanning, DoS/DDoS;
  • bypassing security controls or interfering with the Service/infrastructure.

3.2 Third-party rights violations

  • copyright, trademark, or trade secret infringement;
  • unlawful use of personal data;
  • impersonation or deceptive misrepresentation;
  • using third-party trademarks, brands, or identifiers in the domain names of connected domains/Custom Hostnames without proper rights.

3.3 Illegal / dangerous content

  • child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any exploitation of minors;
  • content promoting violence/terrorism/extremism (subject to applicable law);
  • content illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.

3.4 Spam and communications abuse

  • unsolicited bulk messaging/spam;
  • evasion of platform restrictions, domain policies, or anti-spam measures.

3.5 Resource abuse

  • actions causing excessive load (unbounded requests, scraping, stress attacks);
  • using the Service primarily as file storage/CDN outside intended purpose;
  • content/behavior that disrupts the Service or other users.

4. Your responsibility for content, domains and redirects

You are solely responsible for:

  • pages/files/scripts/content you host via the Service;
  • domains and subdomains you connect to the Service (including Custom Hostnames), and for holding the rights to them and to any brands/trademarks contained in them;
  • links and destination URLs behind your redirects/routing;
  • compliance with advertising platform policies and applicable law.

5. Enforcement

We may:

  • request clarification or evidence;
  • restrict access to content/pages;
  • disable or remove a connected domain/Custom Hostname (including revoking TLS certificates and ceasing routing);
  • suspend features or accounts;
  • remove content;
  • terminate access for repeated or severe violations (to the extent permitted by law).

6. Security reports

If you find a vulnerability, email [email protected]. Please do not publicly disclose details before remediation.

7. Changes

We may update this AUP by publishing a new version on the website.
