Create a bot
Create a bot in @BotFather and add it as a channel admin with rights to manage invite links and approve join requests.
Connect the bot
Tracker → Telegram Bots: paste the token, click Setup Webhook and Refresh Channels — channels where the bot is admin are pulled in.
Create an offer link
Type "Telegram channel": pick the bot, channel, attribution window and welcome message.
Launch traffic
Add the link to a campaign and use the regular tracking link — a deep link into the bot with the clickId is built for every user automatically.
