External PWA: skipped Facebook events now visible in Pixel Logs

For external PWAs with Facebook CAPI delegated to the external service, our Facebook pixels do not send events — the service sends them itself. Previously this skip was not shown anywhere, so it looked like the pixel "did not fire". Now the reason is visible in Pixel Logs.

• Pixel Logs: an event skipped because of delegation now gets a record with status ignored and reason delegated_fb_capi — the Facebook event is sent by the external PWA service.
• Sending from our side: turn off the "Delegate Facebook CAPI to the external service" toggle in the external PWA settings — Facebook pixels will send events as usual. The postback to the external service is still sent.
• Other pixels (URL, TikTok, Telegram) are not affected by delegation — they always work.
• MCP and Adset AI: PWA data (get_pwa) now includes the external.delegateFbCapi field, so the assistant can see whether delegation is on.
