Custom Metrics
Custom metrics let your team create its own indicators — formulas built on top of the platform's existing metrics — and use them in the report builder and tables alongside the built-in ones. Team metrics are private: other teams cannot see them.
Who can use it
Team Owner and Tech — create, edit and delete any of the team's metrics.
Team Lead — creates metrics and manages only the ones they created.
Buyer — uses published metrics in reports and tables, but cannot create them.
Where to create a metric
Settings → Custom Metrics — the list of all team metrics with management actions.
The “Create metric” button right inside the report builder's column picker — the new metric appears in the list immediately.
Building a formula
In the creation dialog, the left panel is a catalog of available metrics grouped by category (with search). Clicking a metric inserts it into the formula at the cursor position. Below the formula field there are operator buttons + − × ÷ ( ) and functions: Division, Empty if equal, Condition, Round, Absolute, Minimum, Maximum. When the cursor is inside a function, a hint appears under the field: argument descriptions (the current one is highlighted) and a usage example.
Formula examples:
Margin per click:
({revenue} - {cost}) / {clicks}Bot share:
{bots} / ({bots} + {click_all})with the “Percent” format
Division is safe: the platform automatically protects against division by zero — with a zero denominator the value is simply empty and the report keeps working.
The formula is validated live: a green check means it is ready to save; errors are explained in your interface language.
The metric name and group are free-form: pick an existing group or type a new one.
“Show in”: where the metric appears
You choose which sections offer the metric: the report builder, the campaigns table, the CPA/offers/flows tables, the traffic sources table. Some checkboxes may be unavailable — it means the metric cannot technically be computed in that section (for example, one of the formula's metrics is not present in that table's data). This guarantees the metric never shows “empty zeros” where it cannot be calculated.
Managing metrics
Draft / Published — drafts are not visible in reports; publish when the formula is ready.
The “Active” toggle — quickly hide a metric from all pickers without deleting it; saved reports keep working.
“Where used” — shows the reports and other metrics that depend on this one.
Deleting is unavailable while the metric is in use — archive it instead.
Limitations
One formula uses metrics from a single data source (push metrics cannot be mixed with regular ones).
LTV/Cohort metrics are not yet available in formulas.
Renaming a metric is safe: formulas and saved reports reference an internal identifier, not the name.
