Schedule Management (Drag & Drop)

Assigning time from the Unscheduled zone:

1. Find the push in the "Unscheduled Pushes" zone

2. Hold down the left mouse button on the card

3. Drag it to the desired timeslot (day + time)

4. Release the mouse button

5. The push will appear in the timeslot

Moving between slots

1. Hold the card in the timeslot

2. Drag it to another slot

3. The push will move (be removed from the original slot)

Copying between slots

1. Hold down Ctrl (Windows/Linux) or Cmd (Mac)

2. Hold the card in the timeslot

3. Drag it to another slot

4. The push will be copied (will remain in both slots)

Deleting from a slot

1. Hover the mouse over the card in the timeslot

2. A button × (red) will appear

3. Click the button

4. The push will be deleted from this specific slot

5. If this was the only slot → the push will move to Unscheduled

Note: Only the schedule is deleted, the push itself is not deleted.

Schedule

✅Recommendations:

• Use copying (Ctrl+Drag) for identical content on different days

• Group similar pushes by time

• Avoid overloading one timeslot (max 3-4 pushes)

• Consider user time zones (include "Use Client Timezone")

Localization

✅Recommendations:

• Always fill in the base content (fallback)

• Use AI translation as a basis, but check

• Test text length in different languages

• Be aware of cultural nuances
