Overview of the Feature

Mass upload allows you to quickly create multiple push notifications from a CSV file. This is convenient when you need to:

• Create a schedule for the week in one action

• Import a prepared content plan

• Quickly fill a new group with push notifications

How to Open the Upload Dialog

1. Go to Notify → Push Groups

2. Find the desired group in the table

3. Click the ⬆ (Upload) button in the actions column

4. The mass upload dialog will open

Upload Settings

1. Push Group (required)

• Select the group to which the push notifications will be added

• By default, the group from which the dialog was opened is pre-selected

• You can choose any other available group

2. Push Type

• Regular — regular push notifications on schedule (day of the week + time)

• Event — event push notifications triggered by an event (event + delay)

3. Target Segment

• All + All — all users

• Reg- Dep- — unregistered without deposit

• Reg+ Dep- — registered without deposit

• Reg+ Dep+ — registered with deposit

CSV File Format

Columns follow a strict order. A minimum of 5 columns is required — rows with fewer columns (for example the old 4-column format without the Image URL) are skipped, and a warning is shown.

1. Day / Event — day of the week (Regular) or trigger (Event)

2. Image URL — optional. You can leave it empty and pick an icon from the gallery after parsing. The required size is 192×192; an image of a different size is automatically resized to 192×192 (center square crop)

3. Time / Delay — sending time (Regular) or delay from the event (Event)

4. Title — push title (max 250 characters)

5. Text — push text (max 400 characters)

6. Title;Text pairs for localizations — optional. Each extra pair of columns adds a localization; countries are assigned in the UI after upload (max 250 / 400 characters)

Supported values for the day of the week:

Time format: HH:MM (for example: 9:00, 11:30, 14:45)

• Time is rounded to the nearest 15 minutes

Supported events:

Delay format: number + time unit

• s — seconds (for example: 30s)

• m — minutes (for example: 10m, 30m)

• h — hours (for example: 1h, 24h)

• d — days (for example: 1d, 7d)

Separators in CSV

Supported:

• Semicolon ; (recommended)

• Comma ,

Important: If the text contains a separator, enclose it in quotes:

Upload Process

Step 1: File Selection

1. Click the CSV button to select a file

2. The file will be read locally (without uploading to the server)

3. The data will appear in the preview table

Step 2: Data Verification

The table shows:

• Checkbox — select/deselect the row

• Day/Event — day of the week or event type

• Image — icon from URL or picked from the gallery (can be replaced directly in the table)

• Time/Delay — sending time or delay

• Title — push title

• Text — push text

• Status — OK (green), warning (yellow), or error (red)

Counter: "Rows: X, valid: Y", plus the number of detected localizations.

Localizations: if the CSV contained extra Title;Text pairs, a country-mapping block appears above the table — assign a country to each localization pair.

Step 3: Editing (optional)

• Edit row: click 🖉 (pencil)

• Save changes: click ✓ (checkmark)

• Delete row: click 🗑 (trash can)

After editing, the row is re-validated.

Step 4: Upload

1. Ensure the necessary rows are selected (checkboxes)

2. Click "Upload Selected"

3. The progress bar will show the completion percentage

4. Upon completion, the result will appear:

   • ✓ Created: X — successfully created pushes

   • ✗ Errors: Y — failed to create

Possible Validation Errors

Warnings (do not block upload): image is not 192×192 (it will be resized automatically), failed to load the image by URL, localization text too long.

Tips for Mass Upload

✅ Recommendations:

• Prepare CSV in Excel/Google Sheets, save as CSV (UTF-8)

• Download the example straight from the dialog ("Download example") — it is always in the current format for the selected push type

• Check data in the table before uploading

• Start with a small file for testing

• Use meaningful titles (the first 30 characters become the push name)

❌ Avoid:

• Too long titles (max 250 characters)

• Too long texts (max 400 characters)

• Skipping the Image URL column — leave it empty, but do not remove it (minimum 5 columns)

• Special characters without quotes

• Empty rows in the CSV file
