Plan-change rules are now the same everywhere — in the plan change dialog, in the preview, and when paying an invoice. What matters most for teams: a canceled subscription can be resumed for free, and the next charge date in the dialog is now accurate.
- Resume a subscription for free. If the subscription is canceled but the paid period is still running, you can resume it without topping up the balance: the period dates and limit usage are kept. The dialog shows the “Renew Subscription” title and the “Renew subscription” button.
- Accurate next charge date. The plan change dialog shows the date from the server: the current renewal date when resuming, or the end of the new 30-day cycle when switching to another plan. Previously the date was calculated as “today plus 30 days” and was wrong when resuming.
- Suspended subscription. If the plan is suspended for non-payment, you can switch to any plan, including a cheaper one, by paying the new plan's price. Renewing the same plan is done by topping up the balance.
- Clear rejection. A disallowed change — the same plan on an active subscription or a cheaper plan within the paid period — is rejected already at the preview stage, and the dialog shows the reason.
- Paying an invoice with a plan. An invoice with a selected plan is created only for changes that involve a charge, and when it is paid the same rules apply as in the dashboard: a disallowed change is not applied, the plan stays the same, and the credited funds remain on the balance.
