Registrar Accounts (Namecheap)

What is a registrar account?

A registrar account links your Namecheap account with the platform, allowing you to register and manage domains directly from the system.

Adding a Namecheap account

1. Go to Domains → Namecheap Accounts

2. Click the Namecheap button to add a new account

3. Fill in the fields

How to get a Namecheap API key

1. Log in to your Namecheap account

2. Go to Settings → Tools → API Access

3. Click Enable API Access if it is not already enabled

4. Copy the Global API Key

5. Paste it into the Api Key field on the platform

Important: Whitelist IP

⚠️ Critical: After adding the account, you must whitelist the server IP:

1. Log in to Namecheap

2. Go to Settings → Tools → API Access

3. Scroll down to Whitelisted IPs

4. Add the IP specified in the Client IP field

5. Click Save

Without this, API requests will be rejected!

Managing Namecheap accounts

• Balance: displayed on the account card

• Edit: edit icon

• Deactivate: set status to Inactive

• Delete: completely remove the account
