Payment in Adset.pro is made from the internal balance of the team. The currency is USD. The balance is replenished through available payment methods in the billing section; the subscription fee and additional charges for overages are automatically deducted from this balance.

Billing cycle — 30 days from the moment of tariff activation (not a calendar month).

All tariff plans include all the main functionalities of the service:

• Advertising tracker

• PWA / Landings / hosting of own landings

• Push notifications

• Domain management

• Team CRM

• Space in the Knowledge Base

• AI assistant (monthly quota of requests depends on the tariff)

Exception: external PWAs (type External) are only available on Business and Enterprise tariffs (both lines).

Starter — Free Tariff

Subscription fee: $0/month. There are no included limits on events and installations — you only pay for actual consumption:

• Team members: 3 accounts included, then $10.00 for each additional member

• Tracker events: $0.10 for every 1,000 events

• PWA installations: $0.04 per installation

• iOS installations: $0.10 per installation

The AI assistant quota and external PWAs are not included in the free tariff.

Line for Social Traffic

Tariffs for working with PWAs and social traffic.

Tracker Line

Tariffs for large volumes of tracker events. Included PWA installations are not available — installations are charged separately.

Renewal (Extension) of Tariff

• The tariff is renewed automatically every 30 days: the subscription fee is deducted from the team balance at the end of the cycle.

• If there are insufficient funds in the balance, the subscription fee is not deducted, and the tariff goes into “suspended” status. The team receives a notification in the cabinet and via email.

• As soon as the balance is replenished with a sufficient amount, the suspended tariff is automatically renewed — immediately after the funds are credited, nothing additional needs to be done.

• While the tariff is suspended, individual discounts on overage charges (events, installations) do not apply — overages are charged at full price.

Changing Tariff — No Prorate

Proportional recalculation (prorate) when changing tariffs does not apply. Rules:

• Only upgrading to a more expensive tariff (upgrade) or to a tariff of the same price (for example, Pro ↔ Tracker Pro) is available. Transitioning to a cheaper tariff from an active plan is not possible.

• When changing the tariff, the full cost of the new tariff is immediately deducted and a new 30-day cycle with full limits of the new tariff begins. Consumption (events, installations) starts counting from zero from the moment of transition.

• Unused days and remaining limits of the old tariff are not returned or transferred. Therefore, it is more beneficial to upgrade closer to the end of the current cycle or when the limits have already been exhausted.

• To switch to a cheaper tariff: cancel the current plan, wait for the end of the paid period, and activate the desired tariff.

Additional Charges for Overages

• Actual consumption is checked automatically (approximately every 30 minutes); the additional charge for overage is deducted from the team balance. The balance may go negative — with a zero or negative balance, the team receives a warning.

• Tracker events are charged in blocks of 1,000 events over the included limit.

• PWA and iOS installations are charged individually over the included limit.

• Active member — an active (not disabled) account in the team. The additional charge for members over the limit is calculated proportionally to the remaining days of the current cycle — this is the only metric with proportional calculation.

Cancellation and Reactivation

• Upon cancellation, the tariff continues to be valid until the end of the paid 30-day period. No refunds are made for unused days.

• If you change your mind — you can reactivate the same tariff for free until the end of the paid period.

• After the end of the paid period of the canceled tariff, you can activate any tariff, including a cheaper one.
